Sonic Generations is a combination of old school version each and every fan of brave hedgehog knows. However, it provides us with 3D visual setting. The game is an arcade platform game, where we can see two Sonic’s forms. One of them is the original Sonic the players know from 20 years ago. The second one is a modern version of Sonic. When it comes to storyline, the presence of two versions of Sonic in one and the same place is justified by the formation of time holes that can be closed by two incarnations of the blue hedgehog.
As usual, while playing the player collects points that can be later on exchanged in special shop to enhance Sonic and improve his abilities. What’s more, character skills can be also connected to make great combinations.
